Six steps.No blind spots.
From your idea to an app your customers can actually use. You know at any moment where the project stands, what comes next, and what you have in hand.
- 01Listening and scoping
We get on the same page
Before a single line of code, I take the time to understand what you want. What are your goals? Who is going to use the app? On which devices? This conversation is what prevents nasty surprises later on.
What you have at the end
A written scope, a price and a deadline.

We see it first
Before building, I draw. The screens, the colours, the buttons: you see exactly what it will look like before any of it is developed. You approve, we adjust, everyone is aligned — and changing a mockup costs almost nothing.
What you have at the end
Mockups of the key screens, for you to approve.
1 to 2 weeksMockupsDesignApproval - 03Structure and setup
We lay the foundations
The invisible phase, and the decisive one. I put a solid structure in place so the app stays fast, reliable and easy to build on. Like the foundations of a house: you never see them, but everything rests on them.
What you have at the end
A project set up, a repository in your name.

We build
This is where your app comes to life. I build each feature one at a time, mobile or web, keeping you posted as it goes. You follow the progress and test along the way, instead of waiting until the end.
What you have at the end
A testable version, updated regularly.
3 to 8 weeksMobileWebRegular updates - 05Testing and quality
We check everything
Before anything ships, I test it thoroughly: several devices, several situations, the edge cases. The point is that your users never hit a nasty surprise. A product that ships is a product that works.
What you have at the end
A product checked on real devices.
A few daysTestingReliabilityEdge cases - 06Going live
We launch
The big day. I handle all of it: publishing to the App Store and Google Play, putting the site live, the domain name. And after launch I stay available to fix things and keep the project moving, based on your feedback.
What you have at the end
The product live, the source code, ongoing support.

From start to finish
What never changes.
One person throughout
The person who designs it is the person who builds it. Nothing gets lost between two parties, and you never have to explain the context twice.
Regular check-ins
You know at any moment where the project stands, what comes next, and what is left. No three weeks of silence.
The code is yours
The repository is transferred to you on delivery, along with access to the services. Another developer can pick the project up without me.
Got a project in mind?
You don't need to be technical to get in touch. Describe your idea, I'll handle the rest.
